Junior Executive
Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating and tracking shipments, ensuring timely pickup and delivery.
- Monitor the status of shipments and provide updates to customers and internal teams.
- To monitor warehouse loading/unloading operations.
- Prepare and process shipping documents, such as delivery manifests, commercial invoices, and delivery orders.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and data entry into the company’s logistics management system.
- Escalate complex issues to the Operations Manager.
- Prepare basic reports on shipments, inventory, or operational performance.
- Ensure all paperwork and digital records are kept up-to-date and organized for easy access and auditing.
