Junior Executive
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from posting job advertisements to screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing job offers.
- Conduct the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing employment contracts, collecting necessary documents, and registering them with statutory bodies (EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
- Assist with the monthly payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate salary payments and statutory deductions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
- Coordinate with external vendors for office and warehouse maintenance, cleaning, and security services.
- Assist in managing the fleet administrative tasks, such as road tax and insurance renewals.
- Prepare and issue official documents such as memos, letters, and reports as required.
- Provide administrative support to the Managing Director and operations team as needed.
